Northwest High School Boys’ Soccer players left a lasting impression on the Montgomery County All Star Game. Seniors Liam Giffin and Armaan Kureshi participated in the Montgomery County Senior All Star game last Monday. The boys were supported by their Northwest coaches.

This was the last chance for seniors to represent their school one last time and a chance to have fun on the pitch. Students from Northwest, Gaithersburg, QO, Richard Montgomery, Wootton and others took on players from Whitman, BCC, Poolesville. Coaches chose the best two seniors on their team making it an exciting game filled with lots of tricks and finesse and little defense.

Northwest’s side lost five to three, but Senior Armaan Kureshi however scored one of the three goals.  All of Jag Nation is very proud of you, Kureshi!
