Trick or Treat? The Rules About Costumes at School

Trick or Treat? The Rules About Costumes at School

Liam Giffin, Reporter

This Thursday,  October 31, is Halloween.  Northwest students will be wearing their costumes to school. While excitement is swirling around the holiday and administration is encouraging students to be creative and have fun, there are rules about what you can wear.

No weapons or masks are permitted with costumes and outfits. Profanity and the promotion of violence are out.   Students are expected to have fun, but use their best judgment.

Halloween is always an exciting time of the year with scares and candy throughout. It will be a late night for trick or treaters too with the abundance of candy in the neighborhoods. Stay safe out there, Jags.
